Antonello Ghezzi

Nadia Antonello e Paolo Ghezzi are a couple that has been working together since 2009.

They think of art as a means to live better and reflect on themes such as: happiness, unpredictability, the union of strangers, the removal of boundaries.Their work consist in realizing their own dreams and make the others dreaming in the process.

On the 29th of November 2013, they presented, as a permanent installation in an ancient church in Bologna, their project called "Mind the Door". At the same time, they presented an exhibition at Pinacoteca Nazionale in Bologna, which was curated by Silvia Evangelisti e .... . In 2014, their work "Never ending night", which was born from a collaboration with CNR, was shown in an exhibition in Turin but also in Udine (homepage festival), Riccione (F.A.M.E.), Treviso ( Parco foundation ), and Bologna. Lastly, it was chosen from MAMBO to takeaway in Art City. in 2012, they were selected by the Biennale of Moscow and were invited to participate in the Sarajevo Winter Festival. Additionally, their art work has been displayed in Villa Croce, Genoa's Museum of Contemporary Art, "Cuore di Pietra" a public art project in Pianoro, and at Casa Bianca in Bologna. Finally, their most recent exhibition, which was curated the Italian Institute of Culture, was held in Casa Brasiliera in San Paolo, Brasil.
